can't get feed to load

I noticed it with this new feed. I can use the Advance web player but not the HTML5 Web Player. it says File Not Found on a white screen at the top. been like that since yesterday. not sure if it's my browser or what. it's Chrome on Windows 11. Am I missing a codec or something? I've never had to install anything to listen to Broadcastify before other then when I used to use VLC to play feeds.

do you know how to fix it? I was trying to find a help page or something for this issue but the help page on Broadcastify didn't have anything about connection issues. I don't know what is missing on my computer that it needs to run. It never happened to me before, all these years.

Other than trying to clear your cache and restarting your computer I can't think of anything, never ran into the issue.
