Can't get FFX VSP Stars!

I have a Pro-106 with Arc500 software. I went in and clicked on the internet tab, logged into RR and picked VA - STATEWIDE then clicked on FFX VSP.

It loaded to my scanner but I can't pick anything up!
Ideas?

STARS isn't active in Division 7 yet. The conventional analog channels are still in use.

There was testing from the dispatch consoles late yesterday afternoon and last evening. Among the sites being tested were Columbia Rd, Braddock-Div 7 Hq, Mount Weather, Independent and at least one other. If you were listening during that time period, in range of one of the above sites and have your radio correctly programmed, you should have heard the radio maintenance testing which was going on. If the answer to the above is yes, I'd double check your programming.

Ahh! I thought it went active earlier this month.
I guess I have some other issue then because I don't seem to be getting all the VSP traffic.

They were testing today too. It would be worth listening for them tomorrow.
