Can't hear anything on the archive playback

So I went to listen to an archive of a call from yesterday and I can't hear anything. I checked to make sure that I am getting audio out to the server and I am hearing traffic but the archive doesn't seem to have the audio?

If you can download the audio file, open it in an audio application like Audacity that will show you a graphical waveform. No waves, no audio.
