Can't hear Montgomery Police on Pro-96

Yesterday I bought a Pro-96 on sale, and I can receive many of the Montgomery County talkgroups but I don't seem to get the main Police dispatch channels . I can receive the Fire, Corrections, Animal Control, Special Events (TG 01744), Radio Shop, Traffic Management talkgroups. I get Takoma Park and Rockville City and NIST police. I get the "alt" police talkgroups. But I don't seem to get the Districts 1-6 police dispatch channels. Anyone have any suggestions?

Is bank 2 ON? if its OFF then set it to ON
If bank 2 is ON check & see if any of the TG's are L/Out? This should open up bank 2.

Yup, they were locked out. Some joker at Radio Shack must have done that. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
