Can't identify 470.6625 186.2 PL and 318.00; help!

Ok, I have looked in the DB and CARMA and did a FCC licence search for 470.6625. Now I know it would be norcomm (willmette, glencoe, and etc) or Downers Grove, but it's the 186.2 CT that's confusing me. So it's 470.6625 CT:186.2. I can't find it anywhere.

Also 318.800 has been bugging me for so long. I commonly hear things like "Eagle ## contact chicago center on 121.27, so long", "{aircraft} # you can resume normal speed.", "Shuttle # climate maintain 320.", and Climate # maintain flight level #. I'm too far away to hear the aircrafts respond.

l Here's another one that will be a little harder to find since I've figured out it's a business, 469.975 PL 97.4 maybe construction workers.
