When I try to import data from RR into ProScan, I get this error after I enter my userid, password, and press CONNECT:

Client found response content type of 'text/html; charset=UTF-8', but expected 'text/xml'.
The request failed with an empty response.

Has anyone else run into this? I have rebooted and also tried to log into RR with the same userid and password. Any ideas what to try next?

What version of ProScan are you using?

I see the same thing on 20.10. I tried on version 20.0 and still the same thing.

{edit} Ver. 17.0 does the same thing.
Can someone check if other software is doing the same.

Does anyone have an idea of who to tell at RR? I wouldn't know where to start

Looks like he was able to fix it. I no longer get the error and I can import data.

Thanks everyone for replying and getting this resolved
