Can't load favorite lists into 536

I had a problem with my 536 being stuck on a site. I cleared the favorite list out of the scanner and figured i could reinstall. When I click my favorite list and than write to scanner it very quickly goes to the scanner which is not normal. Than When I disconnect the USB cable the scanner says nothing stored. Never had this happen before. Now I can't use the scanner at all. Any help would be appreciated

Using sentinel or something else? Do you have another cable and another SD card that you could test with?

using Sentinel and don't have another cable or sd card. The cable seems to work as when you plug it in you get the prompt for mass storage.
