Can't locate data skip on BCD996XT

Where is the "data skip" option on the Uniden BCD996xt?

I don't think the BCD996XT, nor any of the DMA scanners for that manner, have data-skip.

The older generation have it but not the newer ones. Not to imply that anything is lost - it never worked right anyhow. It didn't manage skip any actual data channels, and during FM voice reception, if there was pause with no modulation it would cause the scanner to resume scanning.
