Can't select country under Browse Library function

Just received my PSR-800 today. I've updated the firmware, as well as the library; formatted the SD card and copied the library to the SD card. However, when trying to access the first step of the Browse Library function in which you select your country, there isn't a USA or Canada listed in which to select. See photo below. Any ideas on what is happening here? EZ Scan? I'm beginning to doubt that.

See the thread do not update library for PSR-800 earlier. I had the same problem this morning when I updated. For some reason the library is not in the software so when you update your scanner there is no library. I had another computer with the ez scan software on it at version 114 (the one now is 115), downloaded it to my scanner and it works great now.
