What does it sound like? Can you hear the same thing on 152 MHz?
It might be one of the taxi companies in the DFW area that run MDTs on several 452 and 152 MHz channels.

Hmm kind of hard to explain, Sounds like a constant ringing, a constant stream of data, rapid beeps or ringing.

Tom, you may have hit it. Notes on one of the licensees, Irving Holdings:
"APPLICANT IS ENGAGED IN FURNISHING TO THE PUBLIC FOR HIRE A NON-SCHEDULED PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION SERVICE NOT OPERATED OVER A REGULAR ROUTE & WILL USE RADIOS FOR BUSINESS-RELATED COMMUNICATIONS."

If its them that 75watts is making it to Gainesville from Dallas very weak but still there.
and its blowing away anything in the dallas area. Client got Lic for 452.450 but communications is annoying with that in the background.

Of all of the Dallas county licenses, TXU has a F2E code for their license on that channel, which is data, but it appears to be a 20w MO license.

That signal is S9 here in the apartment on a rubber duck antenna.

I cannot receive it clearly because there appears to be a LTR home channel on 452.4625 that is on the tower right near me and is blocking that out when it does its "kerchunk" every 3 seconds.
