Someone posted a while back about 14600 on Canyon's ICAWIN sites. I've been listening to it for a while now. I believe it is Union County Fire dispatch in Oregon that may be picking up on an old Nampa fire Tac Channel that is patched to 700 somewhere. 154.445 is Union county's frequency. It is also the same frequency of an old vhf Nampa fire tac channel.
We had a similar issue with Baker Oregon coming up on Charles 5 (Parma). Dispatch used to ask is all the time to check for an open mic. We turned off our vhf repeater when we switched to paging over 700 and it hasn't happened since at the station. Occassionally dispatch will still pick it up in Caldwell.
