CAP typically reserves 203.5 Hz for the Tactical [Portable] and Airborne Repeaters.
Each Wing has a few Transportable and Airborne units [varies on the wing size as to the number of units]

Nice Find. Anyone confirm [nice to revalidate the info] the input ??

Well I can confirm the frequency was 148.137500MHz with a PL of 203.5, I picked that traffic up too from my location in the Anniston/Oxford area on date(s) and time(s) indicated.

Cool, so it sounds like it's used somewhat regulary. Like Bill said any additional confirmations on the input would be great. :)
