As a continuation of this thread, I have FMP-24 and DSD+ Fast Lane set up for monitoring a Cap+ site and can see in the DSD+ CC event log that calls are being followed, but DSD+ VC isn't decoding them. It doesn't look like a gain problem and I removed any audio in/out problems by uninstalling VB-Cable. Not sure if my .frequencies file is properly set up (Pasted below) or if there's something else I'm missing. Thoughts?

Cap+, 8633, 1, 2, 464.8375, 0.0, 0
Cap+, 8633, 1, 1, 452.9750, 0.0, 0
Cap+, 8633, 1, 3, 451.3500, 0.0, 0

You have channel numbers 1,2,3. For DMR systems, they should only be odd, i.e. 1,3,5. You have DSD+ tuning the voice side to where the calls aren't...

I would try:

;UofT
Cap+, 8633, 1, 1, 464.8375, 0.0, 0
Cap+, 8633, 1, 3, 452.9750, 0.0, 0
Cap+, 8633, 1, 5, 451.3500, 0.0, 0

The signal strength looks pretty weak in FMP24-VC window compared to FMP24-CC. As they are on the same frequency you would expect to see the same. Are you using a different antenna on VC?. The gain cranked right up to 49.6 so you may not have enough signal and what you do have maybe noisy.

Try pressing 'M' "Raw source audio monitoring mode set to 4 (always monitor)" in the event window in both DSD-CC and DSD-VC (when active) to see if the RAW signal is clean.

Return 'M' to Raw source audio monitoring mode set to 0 (never monitor) when done.

But CC and VC are on the same frequency, and it's still shows two different levels. I agree with what you said about the LCNs and that it is on the wrong frequency. I only say it to point out that VC is a lot weaker.

Ok, I see what you're getting at. That image is so blurry, it's hard to make out any details. Screen shots should be saved as PNGs, not JPGs. Yeah, the VC side seems to have almost no signal. This is why I recommend the rtl-sdr.com dongles with the five foot telescoping antennas - they have so much capture area that they generally manage to find the signal.
