Awesome writeup!

2 suggested additions:
*the local ham repeaters and clubs that often broadcast info about launches. Most of them are written up elsewhere, but maybe worth a mention.

*Max Brewer Bridge for viewing- Theres a great little park at the Titusville side, to park(vehicle) (and hang out in), and the bridge is great for a high-level observation spot, and is one of the closest places to view SpaceX launches. Ive been several times, and wont go anywhere else for SpaceX launches.

has anyone heard if the audio will be broadcasted via amateur radio or echo link
years ago a local Lakeland repeater would broadcast NASA audio via the 2-meter repeater

LAUNCH UPDATE.

Weather is not looking good for a launch on Wednesday - weather forecast is currently rain/overcast. Be sure you stay aware if you plan to travel to observe the launch!

an old friend just reminded me --- be sure you program in the old Shuttle-era UHF freqs - 259.700 296.800 and 279.000 MHz. Absolutely unknown if these will be used - but most certainly worth the space in your scan list.

things are already hopping on the KSC and CCAFS trunking systems today.

weather is holding at 60% chance for launch today.
