an old friend just reminded me --- be sure you program in the old Shuttle-era UHF freqs - 259.700 296.800 and 279.000 MHz. Absolutely unknown if these will be used - but most certainly worth the space in your scan list.

things are already hopping on the KSC and CCAFS trunking systems today.

weather is holding at 60% chance for launch today.

You can always tweet elon musk, and ask him if the dragon crew capsule has a UHF Aircraft radio on board. Maybe it is SDR based...

launch probability is about 50/50 for today. NASA is planning a news conference at 11ET to discuss.

for those of you at the cape, a very - VERY old NASA allocation was monitored 167.350 NFM being used by the NASA UH-1 rescue helicopters during the previous launch attempt. Nothing heard today (yet)

Also, VP Pence is inbound:

For those of you coming to watch "CREW-1" tomorrow, EXPECT EXTREMELY HEAVY TRAFFIC.

A few things of note.

"Site 001" (406.2375 control channel) of the KSC P25p2 system is WAY down on power. I do not know what the problem is, but this site is normally S9+ at my QTH and it's so weak it's in the noise floor.

TG820 (not in the RR database) appears to be directly related to the preparation of the launch vehicle. This TG was referred to as "NET B" with discussions of the crew access arm, etc. So you might want to put that one in your scan list.
