Capital City EMS

I've noticed a few ambulances, in the Augusta area, that are marked with Capital City EMS on them. Does anyone know if they're assigned to the Augusta area or are they making runs to and from other locations? If they're assigned to this area I haven't heard any activity on the EMS frequencies or, maybe they have their own frequency assignment? Any ideas out there?

I think this is a private service out of Columbia SC. I think they have some units in the Aiken/North Augusta area and do mostly nonemergency transport stuff. Not 100% sure though.
