This is the new P25 system that Richmond/Henrico/Chesterfield will eventually migrate to. Two control channels have been found:

858.0375 (NAC 2A1)
857.0875 (NAC 2A3)

We could use RFSS and site IDs for each of these control channels. Also, the WACN needs to be confirmed (should be BEE00).

Please use this thread for all discussion of this system.

Thanks,
Dave

Is this system currently active or is it still being developed?

It is still being developed. From what I can tell, the city of Richmond and Henrico county are further along in development than Chesterfield County is (that will eventually be on the system).

Here's some information regarding the system; note that it's mentioned that the Hanover/King William system is autonomous of this system, even though they share the same System ID and WACN but will be linked via ISSI.

I'm using license KNJU750 to look for Chesterfield coming online, I get 859.1625 site 2 system ID 2AA RFSSID 2 and NAC 2A2, can anyone confirm this is truly Chesterfield's tower and information?

Any updates on the coverage testing or switch over timing?
Here is a link for the Chesterfield County Police Annual Board Briefing from April of this year.

Chesterfield County Police Annual Board Briefing, April 2024

On page thirteen, is says they are scheduled for system cutover in June of 2025, with a final acceptance date of March 2026, though it also mentions there might be some delays because Motorola is seeking to change the agreed upon coverage testing procedures.
