Doesn't matter. All Cap PD frequencies are encrypted full time. Have been for almost a year. Just like USPP and all but 1 MPDC frequencies. CW1 is the only unencrypted channel.

Not anybody with knowledge on the inside LEAKED any information. When you have 50 Talkgroups on a system and all are encrypted how do you know who is talking?

You wait for someone to post a list that they shouldn't...then beg to have it deleted. :p

Does''t matter what the TGs are used for. With encryption you will never hear them anyway, which is why nonen are listed

In theory someone could log what talk groups are active and submit them to the database.

But they would all be "Unknown" as far as use.

And thus they would not be added to the database. The wiki is where unidentified/speculation/guessing belongs, not the RRDB.
