As Whistler scans all frequencies in a DMR trunked system it doesn't matter what type it is. When it finds a DMR transmission it decodes it and when it detects the PTT off from a user it immediatly scans all frequencies in the system for that TG during the delay time.
That way it is very easy to program DMR systems, just enter all frequencies that you know or suspect belongs to that system.
