For about the last 40 minutes NPD has been looking for two men that were involved in a chase that went the wrong way down W. Hollis St., ending at Wilder St., after hitting another car. The two were last seen heading down Ledge St. w/ a handgun. Closest K9 unit was a Trooper coming from Salem, who just got here a few minutes ago.
TG 49392, listed as 'police unknown' in the db was used to alert all units to the presence of the K9 in the area. (would that be an 'all-call'? I'm still learning).
I'll let you guys know what happens if I hear it.
