Car hijacked in Duchesne County, car being pursued by Duchesne officers, UHP and Wasatch County shutting off US 40 traffic at the POE in Heber so they can set up full across the road spikes.

Suspect armed!

Two suspects, one male, one female, in custody between MP 30 - 31 on US 40.

Now looking for friend of suspect following in red SUV. Some confusion if this is a friend or a witness to the hijacking. Duchesne County officers trying to confirm.
