Im looking for a decent magnet mount antenna. I believe they call it a wide band antenna?

Im wanting to basically enhance signal from all bands.

I was looking at this one and wondered if anyone had any expierence with this one or could suggest a better one.

I recently bought a Workman KS3 Tri-Band magmount - Antennas

Works great for Airband and 800Mhz, I would assume it works as well in-between those areas but dont listen to much except for Military Air in the 220 range.

Its well constructed, low profile, and it blends in nicely on my black truck Check it out, well worth the 30$ imo .

I thought about taking that removable antenna off and putting a double duck on like this one.

You'll be better off with a mag mount on the roof of the car, over a suction cup antenna inside.

As to the double duck thing... I'm not sure what they're trying to accomplish, but, well, let me put it this way - there's a reason why you don't find kluges like that in commercial service.
