saw this on the way into Winchester tonight about 7:15PM. we did not get turned around and able to get pictures until after the man on the bike was loaded. from listening on the scanner, it sounded like he was going to be OK.

Must say he was a lucky one. I work with the Sheriff-Coroner of Orange Co., Calif. I have done lots of bike accidents-all of them wearing helmets, and I wonder, do helmets actually save lives? The brain matter is the first thing I see, besides a cracked helmet. Well anyway, good to hear that the guy is going to be OK, and its also nice to see your gas prices below the 3 dollar mark(lol)

Lol About The Gas,question Was This In Winchester? If So Why Is There A Truck With Clear Brook On It?

It appears it was on Rt. 11 North (Martinsburg Pike). This is just north of Winchester City in Frederick County. Hence, the reason Clear Brook is in the picture.
