You Don't
Careflite Ground use Teletouch LTR which is passported, which means you only listen to the Channels and not the whole Talk-group. no currant scanner supports PASSPORT Protocol trunking.
Might check and see from the others here if Careflite use AirInc still. and Listen to the on MED-8 when they Give reports.
And .. there are Plenty of AMR Frequencies to listen to .... maybe its time to Plug them into your scanner.
