Carilion in the New River and Roanoke Valley

I will try to assist the best I can. I have the following Carilion Medical frequencies in my radio.
I get traffic on all of them. At times they are very active, mostly patient transport and some helicopter chatter. A quick look at the FCC website yields these licences assigned to Carilion.
Click on the Callsign and it shows a frequencies tab and the frequencies assigned.

The frequencies you have in your scanner - are those easily monitored across the region? I'm in Montgomery County and am curious. TIA
Well, what's your antenna setup like? It could be a challenge since it can be a bit hill and dale. The comms from the helo should be easier. If I were you, program it all and see what turns up. Last summer I was in Roanoke an really had no issues with the surrounding region, but your experience could vary. No harm in trying, right?
I gave them a try, but it was pretty rocky. If I lived a bit higher and had an external antenna this would probably work very well. But I'm in an apartment and unable to do much.

464.800 is proving the most reliable for my location. If you're a routine listener of Carilion Life Guard dispatch, help me understand a few things (I am largely new to monitoring aeromedical/EMS dispatch). When taking off, the helicopter gives the fuel, the risk, and maybe something called the H.0.I. or H.O.E.? I have googled this but cannot find an answer. If you have any insight here I would appreciate it.
Sorry not sure what it could be. It goes by fast and I don't catch all they say. Found theses that might give you a little help.

You're right. They talk fast. It's hard to keep up with.
123.025mhz AM....helicopter air-to-air....LifeguardXX to another LifeguardXX...LifeguardXX to or from an outlying hospital announcing
intentions....Lifeguard comms with another different company medical helicopter.....you may hear other routine helicopter
comms not related to medical helicopters....
462.95 mhz....Med 9 (both sides) patient report to Carilion RMH
467.95 mhz...Med 9 (input to 462.95)....if the helicopter is close you will hear comms if you can't receive 462.95
