The reservation isn't listed as being on the state system. The casino has their own NXDN system. There is a single VHF license on 155.040 that looks like is used for tribal maintenance https://www.radioreference.com/db/fcc/frn/0011153863

Are you saying that the Fond du Lac Police Department is not on ARMER?
I personally wouldn't be willing to testify one way or another. They just aren't listed in the database anywhere that I could find, and I'm only in that part of the state for a burger at Gordy's Hi-Hat on my way north once every couple of years. Someone from the area may be able to provide specific talkgroups that aren't there yet.

There isn't anyone feeding any of those towers into the Calls system, otherwise I usually suggest spending time listening to any unidentified talkgroups there, but in this case no dice.

Per their website, they are dispatched by St. Louis County, so I would imagine you would hear them on the SU-LAW-SOUTH. Their squads have 14xx series number on them, not sure if that correlates to their radio identifier, but its worth a shot. not super familiar with St. Louis County radio call signs.

Mille Lacs is on Armer so I suspect the rest are. Looking at proscan log, I got a hit on Mille Lacs tribal police. 852.8750 Law Tac was listed as the service. It was P25 under Mille Lacs county.

Bois Forte is a BIA operated Police department, unsure of what their comm arrangement be it CISA assigned BIA freqs or ARMER on St. Louis or Koochiching
Fond du Lac has already been discussed.
Grand Portage i believe uses Cook County
Leech Lake operates their own dispatch center, uses ARMER
Lower Sioux use Redwood County
MIlle Lacs operates their own dispatch center, uses ARMER
Prairie Island uses Goodhue County on ARMER
Red Lake operates their own dispatch center, uses ARMER
Shakopee Mdewakanton dont have tribal police, use Scott County on ARMER, their conservation Officer uses ARMER
Upper Sioux i believe use Yellow Medicine County
White Earth Nation operates their own dispatch center, use ARMER

Thanks, good info! That’s correct, Upper Sioux is dispatched by Yellow Medicine, on YM-LAW-MAIN. Then Leech Lake has their own PSAP in Cass Lake and Red Lake Nation has their own too. I think that’s all lol

If you want websites that show PSAPs, here are two to check. There are some interesting things in there, too. For example, it lists Hutchinson Police, in McLeod County, as having their own PSAP.

The Rochester Police may actually dispatch for Olmsted County.

Pearl Street covers two counties.

Red River Regional Dispatch Center covers agencies in two states.

Some people here may remember when Saint Louis County had two PSAPs; Duluth and Midway.

Then you also have some places served by agencies from different cities. For example, Sunfish Lake has West Saint Paul Police and Mendota Heights for Fire service.

For those that like looking at who covers what, you might be interested in these websites, too. I have questions about the lack of fire departments on the map in Pope County. It looks like they have Cyrus Fire Department, Lowry Fire Department, Sedan Fire Department (Glenwood) Starbuck Fire Hall, Villard Fire And Rescue and Villard Volunteer Fire Department. There must be a story behind why there list two in Villard!

If you are interested in quirky city/township borders, part of Crystal may be within New Hope. Hilltop is within Columbia Heights. Willernie is within Mahtomedi. Several cities are in more than one county.

Cass County even mentions that on their website.

White Bear Township is not contiguous and the Ramsey County side of the Lake belongs to the township and not the City of White Bear Lake.

I can confirm that map is not accurate for Pope County

If you are looking for a rabbit hole to fall down, some counties put the response districts in their public GIS map layers, and some other map layers/topics you never knew were mapped...
