Come One, Come All to the next CARMA Meeting this Saturday, April 19, 2014. We will meet at Phillies Pizza, home of the best comfort food in the suburbs. The restaurant is at 6300 S. Kingery Hwy (IL-83) in beautiful downtown Willowbrook. Remember that you will need to buy your lunch! Feel free to over tip as well, Marion deserves it.
Doors open at 11:00 AM and the meeting itself starts at 1:00 PM. Please arrive early enough to eat lunch before the meeting starts. Also, please park on the west side of the building, not in front.
I will have several tote boxes of giveaways from my basement and garage as I continue to dejunkify my home. Plenty of tools, wires and cables, radio brackets and speakers, programming cables, data slicers, hardware and even a couple never-opened digital TV converters. What you don't take is going in the dumpster at the end of the meeting so be greedy.
We encourage everyone to bring radios for sale, other giveaways, handouts and friends. If you need help programming a scanner there will be several experts there to show you how and get you going.
