So I recently came across a few DMR control channels that seem to belong to the Carolina Connect DMR system (152.0525 and 454.625). I can find licenses for some of the UHF sites down in the Charlotte area, but there is absolutely nothing that I can find for most of the other sites. For instance, I get a fairly good signal form site 35 on 152.0525, but putting that frequency into the ULS on returns two licenses for that frequency for the entire US, none of which are for this system. Where could these other site's licenses be hiding? That would be a big help in locating and mapping out the rest of the system.
Also, any idea of how active this system is or who uses it? It seems to be a fairly wide-area system, but I'm not hearing much of any voice traffic and nothing is in the DB besides Meckelnburg School TGs.
Anybody have any ideas? Thanks!
P.S. -- Looking at some notes from a few weeks ago, it seems that I was hearing the 454.625 site (site 12) well in Downtown Winston-Salem. I have in my notes that I was getting hits on TG 11034 (also coming across the Cool Springs Site) and TG 3003.
