I am listening in Caroline county today. I'm hearing TG 3103. There are very short bursts of traffic. Unsure what this is.

This might be a Town of Bowling Green or countywide event talk group. The harvest festival is today in Bowling Green.

Believe it's Countywide 1, 3104 is Countywide 2. Caught some traffic on them in the past but never got around to submitting it.
Okay I submitted them as a town talkgroup because It seemed to be town employees at a town sponsored event. There was interop with a fire battalion chief. But if you are sure about countywide you can submit an edit.
