Can someone advise me is Caroline County using their 158.7900 mhz for their police dispatch still? I don't hear any traffic but I hear the fire dispatch 154.3850 clear as a whistle.. If they not using the "158.7900 for police dispatch" what are they using, I passed a cruiser today but no audio on that frequency... and when is the switch over date for the new system for Caroline County....
