Most of the Counties using the WAARS system do that every morning. I have heard Coweta and Heard as well.

So, you are wanting to give advice on how to monitor Carrollton Georgia, and Carroll county, correct?

If so, take that whole DMR spreadsheet and flush it down the toilet. That's for another state.

Carroll County / Carrollton Georgia is on P25 trunking. Look up WARRS under Georgia, and go from there.
