Cary PD

Is Cary PD 100% encryption? I'm unable to locate anything in the database about this.
I'm able to listen to the Cary Mutual Aid Channels without any issues.

Cary PD talkgroups are encrypted. Other talkgroups, like mutual aid, fire, ems, city svcs, etc, are not.
