Casey County: merged dispatch with ?

Any information on it will be appreciated. Still analog or is it digital (P25/DMR/NXDN/ ?) Formerly from the area, liked to keep up to date with happenings there but I've been off the air for a while.

Casey, Lincoln, Mercer, and Garrard County are all dispatched by Bluegrass 911 in Lancaster.

Casey Law Enforcement (P25) is Encrypted as well as Lincoln (NXDN) and Mercer (NXDN) county’s. Garrard Law (P25) is still in the clear
