Yes. All Natrona County law (with the exception of Whp) is encrypted 24/7

Pro tip: Have a look at the RRDB listing & focus on the mode column. Any talkgroup ID'ed as mode "DE" (or "TE" on a Phase-II TDMA system) is fully encrypted. Only mode "D" (and "T") talkgroups are in the clear & can be monitored
