anyone know what depts are dispathed by the cass co so

I know Pleasant Hill, Harrisonville, Belton, & Raymore/Peculiar have their own dispatchers, so I'm assuming everything else is dispatched by the Cass Co SD. I have heard them dispatching Winnebago PD, but that's the only specific small town PD I've heard.

Has Cass Co. changed any freqs or dpl's lately??? I haven't been able to pick them up for the last week. Where is there transmitting tower? I've been getting Belton and Raymore just fine, but no Cass Co.
