Looks like they are now hiding 99% of the EMS and Fire calls now too in both Cass County ND and Clay County MN which are both supposed to be on Armer. Noticed this over the last week or so. So basically the beginning of April they switched. They REALLY dont want people to know the truth around here now.

Expect most if not ALL of North Dakota to start doing this. I think Grand Forks (city not the county) is starting to encrypt everything too.
