So here's another one about digital trunking radio signals being treated as as analog. The Cassia County Burley PD frequency is operating in a digital trunking mode, so since my BCD436HP is treating it as analog, and so of course what comes through is, well, the diesel engine-esque sound. But it's not rapid like Chobani.

So in other words they're utilizing their listed 460.425 now as P25 conventional (not trunked)? If yes, simply go to the favorites list containing the frequency (select system, department & edit channel) "Set Audio Type" > Digital Only. Set "Digital Code Option" to "Search" or P25 NAC if known. Submit your update to the database
