Also any applicable PL?

I would give these a try (from the SWFD 8 Directory):

Coronado National Forest:
F-1/2 169.600
F-3/4 168.125

AZ State Land/Parks Dept.:
F-2 151.4150 (Mt. Lemmon Repeater)

Good luck... Also search the FRS band - should be plenty to listen to there. If you can, take a PRO-83 or a 246T along to snag close call hits as well...
