Will a CB antenna and scanner antenna mounted on the same mast, or pole interfer with each other? I was thinking of trying out a Workman Saturn B100 CB antenna and a Antennacraft St2 scanner antenna on the same pole to save space and make it easier to mount both. Any better ideas? or is this doable? Thanks!!!

Any two (or more) antennas near each other will affect each other. How much effect it will have is hugely variable. The closer they are to the same design frequency will mean more effect. Considering the bands normally used by each of them, it will probably not be all that big'a deal. I only know of one way of telling for sure...

I've done this. When you key the CB transmitter it very likely WILL affect the scanner. How much will depend on how close the two antennas are and on what freq the scanner happens to be on when you transmit on the CB. Effect on the scanner will range from scan stopping and no audio to hearing feedback and/or your own voice on the scanner. You will probably end up turning off the scanner when you transmit CB.
Effect of the scanner receiver on the CB receiver will be little to none.
And if you have the scanner on the same desk as the CB with the antenna coax for each radio following next to each other out of the building and up the mast you will likely have direct coupling of the CB transmitter into the front end receiver stages of the scanner.... and it won't matter how far apart you have the antennas.

And this has to do with Amateur Radio antennas

I thought this had to do with Amateur Radio antennas but all that is mentioned is CB and scanners?

Scanners can and do emit birdies which can be annoying. Also how much power in watts and SWR of the tranmit antenna affects this too. I put my scanner on PL Decode and have solved the problem that way.

No problem at all. The St2 is a side mount so put it below the CB antenna and you won't have any interference problems. Funny how they didn't realize the only way to mount it in the same plane is mounting it TO the CB antenna. (;->)

Small problem with the St2 is because the mast ends up parallel to at least the bottom element (it is a dipole) it's somewhat directional. It exhibits a cardioid (figure D) pattern so don't configure it with weak stations directly behind it.

Some people seem to think they are the same...
They most certainly are not though
