CB Car antenna

Does anyone know a good CB antenna that's not magnetic mount, glass mount and not Mirror mounted? FYI not for a scanner just some old CB for a buddy.

There's always the 102 inch whip on bumper or cowl mount.

Trunk lip mount Wilson 1000.

I've used trunk lip mounts with good results.

Brand ... I dunno, what ever they had at Farm and Fleet.

Must agree...Wilson 1000. Also K-40 but liked the Wilson 1000 best.

good cb antenna's

I'm a Moderator of a CB forum and most of us use a Wilson 5000 or a K40 . But i use a K40 mounted on a home made L Braket mounted to my truck tool box . Most of the guy's i talk to use the wilson .

a wilson 1000 would be a good choice. the k40 antenna doesnt have the receive range of the wilson because of the capacitor tied to ground to help it tune.

i still feel the van ordt power whip 5 1/2 footer would do a great job.
