IF I HEAR ANY LOCAL CB RADIO OPERATOR USE OBSCENE OR PROFANE LANGUAGE
LOCAL CB RADIO OPERATORS WILL BE SUSPENDED FOR THE WEEKEND AND IF IT HAPPENS
AGAIN LOCAL CB RADIO OPERATORS WILL BE KICKED OFF THE CB RADIO FOR GOOD!!! IF I HAVE TO DEAL WITH RUDE CB RADIO OPERATORS IN CANADA THEN I WILL SEND A CB RADIO COMPLAINT TO JENNIFER.WILSON@IC.GC.CA(regional office 55 st clair av toronto via e-mail)

I remember they could not control bad behaviour on the CB airwaves during the height of the CB craze in the 1970's. It is hardly likely the will expend any resources now. Very occasionally I read about someone being "shut down" for running a linear with a dirty signal (over modulated or badly tuned unit, that sort of thing). The spurious noise caused interference raised the hackles of the authorities and they sent out the one or two techs they had, for a region larger than most European countries, to try to find the source.

Remember they gave up trying to licence everyone? The best way to avoid bad language on the CB is to turn it off.

Ok I would definitely like to see you playing billy bad ass to some big ugly three ton tessy truck driver who has not had any in weeks. Yeah right. Who ever it is using bad language..just call him a "GOOD BUDDY"..he'll come fine you..lmao...then you confiscate their radio when he shows up.

Here the states I would rather stop all the commercialism then bad language. Jeez if you get anywhere near a truck stop, the Tire Man starts up, then the BBQ man starts in with his lunch special, then the hookers, then the Diesel Doctor (did you know he can hide at least 10 mph for you Canadian drivers with a need for speed) ...lol...man by the time all them guys get done doing their commercials and telling you what channel to go to, no one else has time to say anything.
