CBSA from Moncton

Good day all,

I'm moving to Moncton at the end of August for grad school. I was wondering if I would be able to monitor Canadian Border Service Agency or even the US Border Patrol? If so what freq do they use?

For sure you'd be out of range of US border patrol. And my guess would be is that CBSA is encrypted...
