CC Super Gainer experience?

It looks good, and I am looking for one that will with my Pro-93 or a Pro-95 and get better reception than the factory rubber duck?

No experiance, but I see nothing that justifies its length or performance.

I have one of these... http://www.radioshack.com/product.asp?catalog_name=CTLG&product_id=20-006 and I noticed an improvement over my rubber duck. It's nothing like a base antenna, but it does help.
Supposedly you can adjust the length for different freqs.

I have the CC SuperGainer. It is actually a repackaged Diamond RH771.
I do believe it works better than the 95 stock antenna, but not as well as the Radio Shack 20-283.
