Does anyone know the purpose of 168.275 85.4? I have logged CDF Monte Vista on this in the past and it seems to repeat everything even from sites I cannot hear. It isn't active all the time but occasionally it pops up. Is this some mutual aid freq for fed use or what?

I wonder if you're picking up an image frequency or something along those lines.
It sounds like a patch or crossband repeater or something along those lines. I know they have some new gear (as well as existing) that will do this sort of thing.....
