Cecil County ProVoice on 436

I tried listening to Cecil County, MD on a recent trip to Delaware on my 436HP. I didnt hear anything. I had all the frequencies programmed in LCN order, the system set to Narrow EDACS. I have the latest firmware on the scanner so it can hear ProVoice. I was receiving the control channel well. The only thing I didnt do was program any talkgroups in but I did have the system set to ID SEARCH. Is that the issue? Or is there something else I have to do?

Everything sounds like you're configured properly with one exception - you didn't say if you purchased and installed the optional $50 ProVoice feature. Without it, you won't hear anything.

Had same problem a while back with Cecil till U2Brent uploaded his zip file
and using his file instead of RR database it started working fine.

Thank you for the Zip File. And yes I do have the ProVoice upgrade.
