Cedar Grove

Hello New Jersey Forum!
I'm helping a friend of mine who lives there and has a 436HP but is not able to receive Cedar Grove PD. I had him download the current database and he confirmed the department is showing on the display, but after hours of monitoring he has not heard anything. So I did some searching here and found mention they maybe moving to another system, either NJICS or NJSP800. Does anyone know what the status is?

They are not the busiest of towns but they are active on any of these frequencies...

Oh ok, that might be why he hasn't heard anything yet. He said they conduct a weekly radio test on the fire dispatch channel. I will have to see if he hears that.
