How do I monitor this system. I have talk groups, but I only have 3 frequencies and none of them are a control channel. Does anyone have the LCN for this system?

CenterPoint Energy (Formerly Reliant Energy and also formerly as Minnegasco)

They use an LTR system as you mentioned, but it is scan based, thus there is no control channel. You need to refer to the instructions for your specific scanner to determine how to configure an LTR system.

0-11-121
I am receiving the system now.
