Center point energy

Does anybody know if there are any conventional frequencies used by center point in the Houston region that are used outside the opensky system that can be monitored ? I know some electric companies have conventional frequencies used outside of their systems
Just wondering ?

This may technically be contractors but there is still CPE activity on 860.8375 DCS 731 simplex.

There used to be some analog repeaters on 800 MHz and they were used during Harvey recovery. Do these still exist? See the DB: Utilities (Harris County) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference
There's also the Generation Control black start VHF net and the L E Myers contractor freqs (still used).

I meant Ike recovery, not Harvey. Time flies. I last monitored any of them in 2009 so don't know if they still exist.

I had already tried those listed in Harris county utilities. Most are linked to trunk system or just hear Data, no voice communications
