Anyone in Ar try plugging in centerpoint entergy frequencies for your area to see if they are monitorable? Most of them I've seen are in the 451-452 range. I tried a couple of frequencies and all I get is some sort of noise and never any voice traffic.

I have them plugged into a "Utilities" bank on my Pro 97 & PSR 500

Aint heard a peep...not even noise.

I am sure that they do use radios at some point. All the ones I have talked to do not have any radios in their truck. They get all of their work orders from a computer mounted in their truck. They guy I was dealing with said he needed to talk to his supervisor and went to his truck and called him on his cell phone. So I do not think they use much radio communications very much. John
