Central Coast Search & Rescue 155.1600?

Since Saturday I have been having a problem with the Nationwide Search and Rescue Frequency.
It seems to be permanently on, like a stuck transmit button.
To make this even stranger... It only happens on my 536 and Home Patrol.
My 700 & 800 GRE's don't stop on this channel even when tested on the same ST2 antenna.
Is anyone else having this problem?
I'm in the Santa Barbara Area.

I don't hear it in San Luis Obispo (City). SLO County has a couple of repeaters on that frequency for SAR, as does Santa Barbara County. Must be more local to you.

What ever it was is fixed now...
